Tailored for children 8 yr+, this sewing class runs during school hours and welcomes beginners as well as more experienced students.
Classes are structured to learn and consolidate skills with each project, allowing students to progress. Yet, each student works at her/his own pace. Beginners will start by learning all the fundamentals, while more experienced students will add new skills to their repertoire.
These classes also focus on developing fine motor skills, accuracy, problem solving and logical reasoning, while having fun handcrafting with fabric.
We love when students bring their own ideas to class and we try our best to help them get their creative side come to life!
Sewing is such a great skill to have: there is always something to stitch around the house, you can be as creative as you want and it's great to build your little one's confidence!
Classes are small to ensure a quality learning environment and adapt to each student's rhythm.
